HOW TO APPLY

Before you apply, make sure you meet the requirements:

  • Own your home and have resided in it for the past 5 years.

  • Be current on your property taxes or payment plan.

  • Not have a current foreclosure or bankruptcy.

  • Meet household income requirements AND one of the following:

    • Be 60 years of age or older.

    • Be a person living with a disability.

    • Be a veteran.

Homeowners may reapply for assistance after two (2) years. Reapplication does not guarantee eligibility, funding, approval, or that any additional work will be performed. All requests are evaluated based on current program guidelines, available funding, and organizational priorities at the time of application.
