Before you apply, make sure you meet the requirements:

  • Own your home and have resided in it for the past 5 years.

  • Be current on your property taxes or payment plan.

  • Not have a current foreclosure or bankruptcy.

  • Meet household income requirements AND one of the following:

    • Be 60 years of age or older.

    • Be a person living with a disability.

    • Be a veteran.
